Alright ladies, I'm back from my hols and eager to get back into ops. So is there a run tonight? THERE HAD BETTER BE :D

There are more then enough raids going on on WoW .... hint hint twist .. :-)

Im not speaking for the Dark Council or all the Op leaders but putting up roosters for every OP night is't really needed when we could just note down who was there and willing.

And if there is enough that didnt get a spot, try helping the recently dinged or recruits to get some gear from Hardmode Flashpoints those nights.

Nah it's ok. I don't want too show up Whitey or Hal with my uber tanking skillz again, nor allow the healers to slack more ;)

Well no OPS run, but we did have enough online to enable a few members and alts to get the +10 datacron.

So with no ops runs this week at all, maybe we should try using different approach or get back to the old one?

Well the issue is that even with the roster posted up people are just not turning up.  Ok there has been confusion, but we have only tried this for less than a week.  Also everyone knows the nights we run, buti if people dont want to run we cant make them.  I suggest we keep it like this at the moment and see what happens next week as we are all aware of how this works now, and if it doesnt work then we can change it.

Also this lovely weather hasnt helped :)

I will put some polls up see when are the nights we are likely to get most people on for run. As then we can see and also will help if we have to change the format.

Might as well ask our membership who currently considers themselves an active raider as well.

As SWTOR lacks support for a guild calendar right now, can we get one for ourselves via the webby?
