A new LT

Hey All!

I'd like to propose the promotion of Twyster to Lieutenant.

He's one of the most active members of the guild and imo has the biggest knowledge of the whole game by looking at his career in alts and pvp. He helped me a lot of times and provided an extensive feedback for my class so i didnt have to get there all by myself. I was kind of suprised in the first place, that You took me instead of him for a Lt.

I also dont want to bump up my friends here, but given his whole contribution to the guild and time that he spends in the game i feel that it would be a proper reward for him. And supposedly his friends list is full of people that could possibly consider the merging of their guild with ours.

Im not for it to make him Lieutenant Twist got his own ideas bout raids, guilds ect ect.
Imho was an Lieutenant i demoted him,looking after yesterday with ops run last boss he even didnt wanna tank last boss...
takes 10 min of his PvP time....if you let the Guild fall like that you beter move on...and get away.

But i'm speaking of Lieutenant not Officer. It would be rude of me, as my promotion was last week to just step out and bring my friend along. I'm just saying that he deserves the title of Lieutenant. And being one not equals leading the raid, etc. Mostly, as i saw it as You made me Lt, it's for the help with guild population and, as i've said, he's very helpful for others in the guild during casual playtime.

If we get more people, it's nice for them to see that in our guild he's the one with most experience, well at least in terms of different classes in brackets 1-49.

I can see where you are coming from voyak, and it is a nice idea but LT where made to grow the guild and that kind of is not happening.  Twisited has done a lot for the guild he has also made some post which havent sat well with me.  And with most things it comes down a who you can work with.  I am still very weary after the whole vladic saga, and it was a shame to lose him as a player.  

So while I commend you action and thoughts on this mate I dont feel that this is the right course of action, the LT were not given out as reward they were handed out to people I felt that would grow the guild.  

I hope you can understand where I am coming from.

Also i don't think it would be a good idea.

As i got the feeling it will only boost his big ego only more and gives him the idea he has loads of power to do what he wants for most of the time personal gain.
I have raided with him in wow and he had an attitude that wasn't really helping the team, and we have seen it a couple of times in swtor aswell.

The things he has done for the guild are great, but he has a dark side in him that will not help the guild in a good way.
