Been thinking about this fight and what we need to do:

1.  Night phase (first phase)
Seems fine but we do need to watch our stacks better to help healers.

2. Day phase (the one with the adds)
This is where we need most work imo and these are the areas I think we need to focus on:

Fright Spawns
When we kill the Embodied Terror it spawns 5 Fright Spawns.  These have to be facing the boss asap as they cast a frontal cone which both does damage AND fears people.  
Solution:  
Tank always stand lose to head so adds still get hit by the breath, healers always stand towards outer edge of circle (and out of range) but still in line for the breath.    Fears can also be dispelled, but if only tanks get hit then problem is more manageable.

Adds
Our focus has to be on the small adds and we should prio as such.  They only have 1.3m HP, so let's get rid of them fast.   Once all small adds are down we can then add additional dps to the big adds if needed.   Breaths do damage to the big adds if they are tanked by the head and will pretty much kill them on their own.

Dispells
Terrorize - Ideally this needs to be handled by a healer who is focused on healing the boss at the time anyway, but shaman, priests, hunters & mages can do this.   It needs to be done really quickly to avoid the boss suffering a tick.   It is cast by the really big Embodied Terror adds.

Boss Healing during Breath
Healing the boss during this breath & the buff is an absolute prio.  Anything that boosts healing on the boss should be cast on boss or used so that we get max HPS on boss whilst buffed.  DPS with heals should endeavour to get the buff to assist with heals when adds are gone.  (dps with healing abilities should always take adds near the head - possibly change dps positions to reference boss position instead of colours?).   Possibly look at running disc priest for DPS+HEAL.    If we ever run a holy priest GS is seriously good, but we do not have one.

Found these specifics on forums, pick the bits you like best!

Druid - Soul of the Forest + Nature's Vigil. Have LB fully stacked, Regrowth when breath hits (for LB to also be buffed) then Swiftmend then Rejuv, then Regrowth before buff runs out.

Sunbreath + Tree Form + Nature's Vigil + Regrowth

Monk - Life Cocoon. + make sure you have 4 chi for big HOT (I forget the name)

Holy pala:
1) Beacon Tsulong
2) Pop Guardian Spirit(if available), GoAK, then Divine Favor + Wings, and Holy Avenger after those are up.
3) HS>WoG>DL>WoG>HS>WoG.
-use execution sentence cast as soon as sun breath goes out. It will be healing for around 300k

ALL HOT classes: cast whilst buffed and do NOT overwrite them until they tick off

Buff pots - healers should use them just prior to a breath to boost burst healing

Paladin

I would suggest using Execution Sentence for this fight.

To maximize your healing on tsulong i would suggest going in the following order for the breath.

Pre-cast Flash of light into a Divine light that lands as soon as possible after the breath goes off > Flash of Light again > 3 Holy Power Eternal Flame > Flash of Light again > Execution Sentence. You should have enough time get all of these off with a breath buff. Replace the Execution sentence with Holy Sock if ES is on CD.

Also you should Definitely get to the 3506 haste breakpoint for Eternal flame for this fight.

I would also use holy shock and holy light during the non-breath, and use Divine light if you can spare the mana

Monk

Pool up 5 chi before breath.
Life cocoon on Tsulong while he is casting breath
Soothing+Enveloping on Tsulong
Pop TFT and spam Surging to 5
Right before buff ends, refresh enveloping mist and cast renewing on him and keep soothing ticking for it’s full duration after it ends.
On the fourth breath, the one before the night phase, just cast a renewing mist on the raid and TFT uplift, so all the renewing mists for the next 18 seconds will be super powerful allowing you to pad meters on the night phase. Revival is also good for the 4th breath. It heals for like 1 million on everyone.


Shaman

Have ES on Tsulong. Coordinate all of your healing team to use every +%healing received CD for the first breath (monk bubble, holy priest thing etc.) Pop Ascendance, ancestral guidance, and EM a few GCD’s before breath lands; then RT for the crit boost, Unleash, then queue surge to land just after he breathes. Rinse and repeat RT and surge spam.
Healing Rand and Healing Totems that are cast before you get the buff, check to see if you have the buff every time they tick. So precasting also can be powerful.(aka lay them down right before Sun Breath comes off CD) But enough before that it doesn’t interfere with Unleash-precasted HS

Focus on getting big add down just prior to a breath meant small adds got insta-gibbed and were a non-issue.    For the ones that did not line up with a breath then ring of frost, void tendrils, pala stuns etc did the job.  If the littluns are not controlled properly then the adds caused fear nightmares.
