Hello sorry i havent been on. Just so busy.

There are a few issues i have currently,will outline them to give you an idea and yeah we can have a chat later.

Busy ^^ This time of year is choas for me. Its where i can actually earn my money for the year. Trouble is due to people not wanting to pay out for things im having to travel further afield to find work. I normaly use mondays as my "quote" day. This has already affected my attendence. As i said im working further away and working longer hours as i need too! Then im late or missing raids which isnt fair to the peeps who turn up and to those who cover. On a mondya i woild of been driving and talking to morons about prices for about 15hrs,then coming onto wow and trying to lead a raid. I could change my quote day but i like the monday as its start of the week so then i can get everything sent out before the end of the week and hopefully the work comes in quicker.
Summer holidays. Now my daughter has finished school, i will spending more time helping the other half out. I do have my "fixed" raidnights but with a 5yr old and a baby which is teething its quite hard to leave her to it and very unfair. Also there will be planned trips but also random 1's which  could affect my attendence again.

WoW. Currently im just so bored of wow. Im not playing as much to see if that would help,but nope. Im finding it a chore to play. This isnt something that has happend the last week or two,its being going on for a while and i thought i could stick through it but i dont think i can. Im getting frustrated with people, as i dont really want to be here. Also just managing RGW is such a pain. Many people cant be arsed with it. Every week people are /w me about some1 elses dps movement whatever and i explain to them over ts in posts on here that we are a team. It just doesnt seem it anymore. Getting a grp everyraid night requires you guys stepping in which i love as you have more knowledge than we do and help us but you shouldnt have to do it week in week out.


Sorry this is a whine but im just not in the right frame of mind imo to carry on leading RGW. I dont want it to break down and i will stay untill something is sorted. Im frustrated with the game and i know that my attendence wont be as it should over the next 8weeks or so which i dont think is fair to the other raiders.
