CoD Admins

I am probably way behind the curve here but I'm confused by the CoD admin status at the moment. I had a PM from KKND regarding his admin status and the fact that he cannot see into the CoD admin forum. I can see that no players have red CoD badges but Lionheart, Target, KKND, Toby, Othbarthy, Soon Jung, Spartko and Snokio all have red CoD4:BO badges. However this isn't giving any of them automatic permission to access the CoD admin forum.

KKND is asking why he can't use the admin forum anymore. No one has posted there for months so I'm not sure how long it's been an empty forum? Is this game dead now? What should happen with the red admin badges?

Again apologies for probably being out of touch with the games status.
