Broken authenticater

the demon spawn that is my youngest daughter like to break all my stuff....

today she picked up my authenticater and bit it. :ranting2: the screen is fubared and i cant see the 6 digits i need to log in....

checked on the battle.net site and tbh it was no help.....i know i can remove this authenticater so should i remove it from account and then get the free 1 for iphone?....will that work?...

Hmmmm, you may need to call Blizz, I have a vague recollection that when I tried to change my authenticator I had to put the authentication code in to take it off.  My memory is crap though so perhaps not but I use the iPhone app and it works fine

When I removed mine for SC2 and then added it to a new phone I had to send a pic of my driving licence

Aye ive applied to have it removed and your right toby you have to send "government id" so yeah sent a pic of my licence aswell....

Just hope it gets sorted soon and then i can get the iphone 1.
