You need to get a subscription. There's a million out there, I use Giganews, the retention is pretty good and it does what I need.

Giganews also has the handy VyprVpn if you like that kind of thing. My set up is a combination of that, SABNZB as a client and then I look for nzb files through nzbclub for my DRM free music or public domain journals etc. I'm assuming of course that you want more than to read discussion posts.
