No drums or other classical instruments, not rock, no lyrics so that rules out pop.

No idea what the term is, synthesizer/eletronica/early house/techno=dance?  It definitely sounded like it was made with a synth though.

Doesn't have a beat/baseline or whatnot, and no vocals at all.

For me its euphoric, could be very early trance or some sort of electronica.  I can hum it, seriously, just grab me on ts.
