Needless to say, it`s a beast and the case is slightly longer than my old Antec 1200, but not much, also a bit smaller in height but a damm sight quiter ! i can barely hear it

Lets hope it stays up and running after the windows updates...

everything looks nice, tho the graphics seems bit underkill compared to the rest..

It should run WoW real nice though!

I'm currently reviewing all the recent new build threads to help research mine which should be later this month.   Helpful stuff from everyone, keep posting!

Power - 750W Corsair HX750W Modular Power Supply
Harddrive - 2TB Western Digital RE4 3.5" Hard Disk Drive
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Retail
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H (B3) Motherboard
Optical Drive - LiteOn 12x BD-RW Drive
Graphics Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1024MB Graphics Card

Processor - Intel Core i7-2600K 3.4GHz Quad Core Processor

My current rig, built roughly a year ago, case provides additional cooling and is quiet as hell :) simplistic compared to most of your builds but due to money at the time additional functions/higher components just were not possible and SSD was way outta my price range at the time.

the graphics card is 2 gig, but can be oc`d to 3, and since i`m only running a single screen, there was no point going overboard with it, as i`d only gain a few fps, unless i spent something like £400+

Either way it`s decent and does the job nicely.

The entire system is really quite, and even on high, its quieter than the old antec 1200 rig i had, so i`m happy.

Oh i also have these speakers

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Speedlink-SL-8267-BK-Gravity-Thunder-Subwoofer/dp/B005KJJ1KG

so any squeaks of sound from the pc are really drowned out :P

I`d say the only downside to my rig is the sheer size of it- as its a full tower, and it need to be big because of the MB cooler, its about 6" square, but utterly quite, which is good.
As a lot of people dont want to fork out the extra for water cooled, but are instead going for Large, slow fans (Quite that way)

But as TL is hunting for info, go to Overclockers, and there`s some really nice rigs on there, as well as build your own, but it all boils down to how much you want to spend on a rig, how much you can justify, and how much the wife will let you get away with :P

I was a little concerned with having only a 600W PSU, but its pretty cool, as in the fan only come on when it boots up, not seen it on any other time, kinda threw me for a bit, as its a corsair one, and self cools, when needed, with a blue led(you can turn it off if needed, same as the case lights)

you cant get more graphics memory by overclocking m8, its a physical limitation.
its a nice card no doubt, just seems a little underkill compared to your high scale CPU ;)

Umm see AMD overdrive... it appears you can OC them.. not that i`m an expert, but its in and running...

But like i said, more than 1 screen, then sure a SLi would be nice, but since`s im only on a 21" monitor, there`s no point

But i`d like this beasty, even if its more than my entire rig put together !

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-302-AS

And you`d get 1p change from £1200, bargain

Id recommend the HAF 932 case if your interested in a new one for later as to how it would stack up with your additional components i dont know but still :) also whats windows 8 like? currently running ultimate 7 but I have a laptop currently used for experimentation so I am considering windows 8 for it.

depends who you ask, with start8 installed i love it, its faster then windows 7, and performs better in all aspects, only found a applikation that wouldnt run without a bit of tweaking (and thats my original Colonization from 1994 that didnt work out of the box from my diskettes, solved easy tho).. but i dont use modern tiles at all. just the desktop with start8 start menu. id suggest you try it out for yourself...
