The taser wasn't exactly the most effective thing I've seen. I think the bloke probably tripped over the wires more than dropped from the current :rolleyes:

Not really sure what he was trying to achieve...

As for the police using a taser on a man with a knife to his throat...not sure that's the smartest move either. Though if you go out threatening people with knives (even if that person is yourself) the police have to do something at some point.
