Gara.... You can't get out unless you are healed fully, you die simple as that so healers are key there.
Dps on stone guard....I don't play lock and don't know how you did the fight.... Presume you had 2 together and 1 tanked the other side..... The single mob has a 90% Dmg reduction so I rarely spend any time on it...
Just keep your dots up on both the other targets all the time and then continue dps rotation on 1.

You were healed to the max each time, I know as I healed you personally on some visits into the realm!   If you had no bar it is worth checking your addon settings to ensure an addon is not blocking it (logs from try 2 show overhealing on you from my monk, yet you then died, which means you might not be seeing the exit button).   Look for SpecialActionButton1 in your UI and see where it shows, that's what needs to be pressed - or use a macro to press it (which is what I do).

These are the logs from that raid Sneaky:

Hope that helps.

I'm outside the raid instance atm, so spent some time looking at logs:

Stone Guardians:
You're not always target switching quickly when needed - this means you spend time adding DPS to a target with a damage reduction buff!
The major problem is you seem to be only dotting up one target instead of two, so that's a massive set of lost dps.
DOTs are also not up as much as they could be, all of them have low uptime with Haunt being especially low.

That's where I would start I guess.

Kids are snowed off school, so I'm struggling to do any work with them around, so here's some more analysis on Stone Guardians.

The DOT uptime needs to be up over c.93% on Stone Guardians.    Last RGW log for Normal mode with Yaril (aff warlock) her as having DOT uptimes of 99.4% COA, 99.4% Corruption, 98.6% UA and 67.7% Haunt, so that gives you an idea of where you need to be.    Aim to refresh your DOTs on the target in the last 2 seconds before they expire.

Your DPS level on that fight was 21.8k

If you assume you achieved 99% dot uptime on all of your DOTs (but 67% for Haunt) on a SINGLE target then it translates to an additional damage of:
267k COA
309k Corruption
916k UA
115k Haunt
1.607million damage total

This equates to an 18% increase in dps from 21.8k to 25.9k.
If you DOT'd 2 targets all the time instead of just one AND kept 99%/67% uptime, then very approximately, you might see an extra total of 9-10k, making your theoretical dps now 35.9k.

Adjusting Yaril's 67.9k dps on the same fight for your lower spell power, then your DPS target should be 82.5% of her dps, i.e. your dps target should be 56k. (this ignores the additional 30 seconds you had on the fight compared to the RGW log I am referring to).

You use Windsong and not the Jade Spirit enchant (understandably due to the cost of Jade Spirit and your weapon only being a 463), but this a 1650 intellect proc that would normally be up about 40% of the time, equating to what would be a an additional 660 intellect across the whole fight, which is about a 5.5% increase on your base intellect.   This is a significant amount of dps from using a different enchant.   In broad terms, you'd see a 2-5k dps from using Jade Spirit instead of Windsong (which is why all raiders tend to use Jade Spirit) - naughty Yaril for using Windsong!! :P   Back to your warlock though, a new enchant would bring you to roughly  39.5k dps.

Use Justice Points to up your weapon ilevel asap.   This will add small increment to the damage.

Use Valor Points to buy a trinket replacement, another ring and bracers.   This is a major dps upgrade and bigger than the upgrade on your gloves.  You'll need to have spent time getting the required rep though, which you have not yet done.   I'd estimate these 3 upgrades are worth another 5-10k dps over your existing gear.

So your total theoretical dps now climbs to circa 45k dps and is much closer to the theoretical goal of 56k for this fight.

There are other differences, but you can see where a chunk of your dps is missing.   10k from gear and enchants, 17k from getting your DOT uptime right.

Take this all with a pinch of salt, it ignores secondary stats, debuffs and some other factors, but it shows you that you can come close to doubling your dps just by learning to keep your DOTs up.

I have not looked at the other fights, but I'm already pretty convinced that the same info will hold true with only minor variation.   Talk to me about multi-DOT tracking and I'll talk you through Forte's excellent addon, Xorcist.

Hope this helps.

I know hitting the wrong boss on this fight also lowers dps and I was.  guilty of not swapping target quick enough.  unless I got the wrong fight
