Solo dungeons?

I posted a daft You Tube video of a Monk soloing Ook Ook in Stormstout Brewery in this forum. While I'm sure quite a few classes can solo certain bosses in MoP content it lead me to wonder what old WOW content could be completed solo by a reasonably geared Lv90 player. I've no experience of the Cata or WotLK stuff so could anyone suggest a limit to where I should go and explore?

I had to enter several instances in Northrend to find the Lunar Festival Elders and while I didn't attack anything on purpose I didn't find anything that caused me any problems. I went to The Nexus, Azjol Nerub, Drak'Tharon, Halls of Stone, Utgarde Keep and Pinnacle. I assume if I stick to five man WotLK stuff I should be fine, but I'm not sure about 25 man content and where the cut off point is. Also I have no idea about soloing Cata content or the larger BC stuff?

Any advice would be very appreciated, thanks.

from my experience in WoTLK, any 5 man dungeon bar heroic difficulty (depending on class) should be do'able, heroics it will depend on class for example warriors cant heal/dispell harmful effects plus they gain extra damage from some abilities so that class may cause issues, Druids, paladins, deathknights and Monks can most likely solo simple 10man bosses in raid content (with skill mind) otherwise I would just suggest to keep pushing the envelope as it were and see how far you get

BC in WOTLK all instances on heroic where easily solo'able, even some large raid bosses such as the Pit Lord Magtherodan (believe that was his name) could be solo'd depending on class, although the Black Temple raid bosses could still cause issues for even a level 85 raid party due to dots, debuffs etc, agian just have a shot and see how you do

At lvl 90 you can solo any wotlk hcs. I've  been doing them to get the dungeon achieves, trouble is there's 1 which you need a full grp for. Saying that 2 actually.

Well I can as a sp, obviously I can heal and dispell some things.

As a tank though you should find it no problem.

I've soloed a few cata dungeons not hc though.
