I dont enjoy the game as i did.

I dont enjoy leading raids as i did.

I therefore hand in my RL title/rank.

Ive spoken about this for along time and finally ive posted it. You wont change my mind.

I have found this expac a real issue i hate it, pretty much every aspect of it. The raiding is as always RGW. Crap. We try and help people the dont listen. Its so frustrating.

I will stand as RL until other/s are appointed.

Sharpfang....has calmed and is great and doing alot already

Tanales....wants to lead again but feels his accent has issues when explainging things...

TBH get them both in.

Either Iether im out.

Im sorry for being blunt but im just not enjoying the game, raiding, raid leading. Im getting frustrated and was lucky not to be kicked out of the game the other week.

We understand Switch and you've had several goes at telling us which we've talked you down from, so we appreciate that what you are saying is not a snap decision.      Council will have a chat with Mario and we'll figure out a way to proceed from here; your continuation as RL in the mean time is appreciated.

Thanks for the effort you have put into RGW to date, leading a raid group is a thankless task sometimes, which Council know well from our own experience of it.

One question, you say above you are not enjoying "game, raiding, raid leading", are you quitting raiding or just the raid leading?



@Mario: if you're about tonight it might be worth spending some time on TS to update our understanding of the RGW roster, recruitment needs in light of Switch's answer to the above question and then the infrastructure question as to how we structure RGW to run in the future.

I'm just stepping down from raid leading for now.

I think I will probably phase out of raiding and the game in the next 8-10 weeks.
I'm really not enjoying the game anymore. I know there is a new patch coming but for me it offers nothing I really want to do.  
Also it's coming to the busy start of the year for me. Hopefully I can actually re-establish my business so I will be away alot.

If I do decide to quit raiding I will give you plenty of time again, so you can recruit if needed.


To help mario.... Pen and riggy both run logs so you don't have to worry about that and the healers sort themselves out  with the guidance from pen.

Tanales - has been a leader before and knows his stuff. He would be great to take over my role for looking after the ranged camp.

Sharpfang - I had issues with him in the past but that was lack of communication, mainly on my behalf. He is a natural leader and would be great at your side. He's pretty much helping with alot ATM and I think he would appreciate the bump to leader and would serve the group well.

Fully understand Switch .. We all appreciate the effort you have put in building rgw to where it is now. It will be no small thing for anyone to follow.

As TL says if we can get on TS at some point and have a chat. We could do with a plan for a seamless handover. Im really happy in the way rgw has been moving and would not want your efforts to stall.

Thanks from all the officers and dMw as a whole. We understand more than most what a pain it can be. I know its just a game and ya not going away but i feel like im loosing an arm.
