Snaeky is a great guy but his raid skill/performance will cause problems .... He struggles to understand mechanics and will be flat on the floor within the first min of any fight. He soon gets known as the guy that caused all the wipes you will end up keeping him on the bench and members will not want to be in a raid with him

Its such a shame as his enthusiastic love for the game and community is second to none

point stands, why the heck accept the raid trial status? and what things in the background?
the story goes like this, join as social, accept trial member status, do 1 raid, and then quits the guild.
