Real nice app and the logs show he is immediately viable for us in RGT, even if still a slight downgrade on Midd's gearing.

Unless the guy turns out to be a total doofus on TS tonight then I'd like to get him into the guild asap.

He logged onto TS a while ago and joined me in channel so we had our chat anyway.   Seemed like a decent guy and should fit right in.   His short-term reluctance to play WoW he mentioned was down to 'dailies burnout' which he has now passed and is sorted.   He's happy he can commit to the nights, understands the queue system and seems really keen.

I'm afraid nobody else was about to confer with, but I took a flyer and offered him a trial, I hope you folks don't mind.

He's sorting the realm transfer and should be here tonight.  He's not locked to anything so is available immediately.

Just wondering if everything is ok .... not been able to catch ya since you fell off line the other day ?

Yeah it's.. I want to say it's nothing, but obviously it's something since I haven't been online since. I'm either taking something small and blowing it out of proportions, or taking something big and trying to marginalize it, and my therapist is on vacation for another week so I can't really ask her for advice.

Bottom line is, on sunday I had my version of a nervous breakdown, which occurs when I'm faced with an obstacle I don't have even the slightest belief that I can overcome and is also the reason I've never completed an education. When it occurs my mind just "locks" into place and kind of "justifies" running away. Which is what I did, ran away from the daunting task that was Tortos Heroic. I'm very sorry about it and I thought I was past that kind of behavior.

You may want to put me back on trial for a month, just to see if I have more of those incidents, because I know from experience that when I have one, more are almost certain to follow.

My deepest apologies to everyone in the raid team and I hope I'll have processed enough imaginary judging and my own feeling of guilt before this sunday.

Spoke with Devlan this morning when he popped online.  He's not 100% but he's getting better and is aiming to be back raiding with us from tomorrow night.  

Good news all around, so let's support him along the way!
