Google Drive - scan feature

Sometimes you use software and don't get around to using all of the features.   The 'Scan' feature on Gdrive was one of them until earlier this year when I found the 'Scan' button in the Android app and realised how useful it was.    It takes a photo, converts it to a pdf and uploads it to your gdrive.    I use it regularly now for new client meetings where I can take a snapshot of documents and then read them later or extract salient information as the original is synched to my main PC's gdrive.

I'm sure lots of people have the Google Drive app, but like me I'm not sure how many will have found the scan feature.

I use it to scan parking and train receipts as well. Far better than a ziplock bag full of crumpled, faded bits of paper come tax return time ;-) If I was flash I would include restaurant and hotel receipts as well.... but I'm not. Excellent feature.
