Keep in mind that WeakAuras is no longer up to date on Curse, it has been moved to:
http://www.wowace.com/addons/weakauras-2/

WeakAuras 2 is the same as WeakAuras, it is just the updated version 2 written by the same author, same code etc.    So go and update your WA to WA2 please!   If you have version 1.x.x then it is out of date and some codes will not work.

Am liking the tank positoning in this better than the one we use.   Makes it easier for healers all around.

We have to get quicker at consolidating the buff, 3 on top of one of another, get buff, split.

Tips I can think of off the top of my head:

Make sure the healer with Gift is using a dispel immediately. Gift is the mechanic that makes you immune to gaining Pride, as opposed to Power, which is just a damage and healing bonus. So you can safely dispel before stacking up. The sooner you get that first dispel out, the sooner your dispel comes off of cooldown, so you won't fall behind.

Warlock imps can dispel if you do fall behind, although the Warlock will gain Pride (even if he has Gift).

After a minute or two, there should never be a point in time where your raiders don't have the Weakened Resolve debuff, unless stacking up for Power. Still, you need to maximize uptime on Weakened Resolve, so that you don't fall behind on rifts.

Have a small throughput or external mitigation cooldown prepared for Prisons, as the Prison targets will take a large spike of damage and may have the DoT debuff on them at the same time. I've also noticed that neither healer has Gift at this point, so only dispel if absolutely necessary.

Have a proper raid cooldown rotation prepared for Swelling Pride (ideally 1 throughput + 1 mitigation cooldown for each).

Once you hit the Lust phase, start dispelling at will. Don't allow the debuff to be a cause of death.

During Lust phase (especially early on), make sure the raid is still soaking nearby swirls when possible.
