The French have a reputation for their judges to sometimes have the heads up their own derrieres when it comes to technology  cases in their court system.    And this one is another classic.    Google for something, let Google search return confidential documents, click link and then become a cyber criminal for 'hacking' by using Google search.    Stunningly naive on the part of the courts.
