So I quite enjoyed that 2v2 tournament at lan was wondering if people/it would be possible to do something similar on line? Those interested can sign up, can either do a draw like at lan or pick your partner. Same map and MR, 3 points a win 1 for a draw 0 for a loss. Everyone plays everyone, team with most points at the end wins. Can keep a track of the rounds for/against so in the case of a draw at the end it goes down to this and if after that a game between them?

We used to have regular ladders for CS and if there's interest I'm sure we can set it up again.

Blunt is really the person to ask about this and I'm sure he'll post a more sensible reply.

Tutonic

There's nothing stopping us, it's just difficult to get everyone online and organised at the right time - we struggle enough when we have everyone in the same LAN room, let alone over the internet :D

I'd be interested in doing more tournaments online though, so count me interested :)

Sounds like an interesting idea and am up for varied game styles of CS as it is always fun to play different games. Also there are achievements for Pistol wins etc which would be nice to get.

Yeah I would be up for it, but like Tut says its hard to get everyone on, on the same night/time.  Maybe once a month on a Monday CS night or something? When most CS players are on? Obviously all depends on what Mr Blunt thinks

Blunt

I like this idea, I'll see what we can do.

I am sure I just wrote a post out and posted it but can't see it, derp.

Anyway, it may not be necessary for everyone to be on at the same time to do this. If we sort the teams out then we can do the match schedule on a Sunday, give all teams one week to organise a time/date and they can play their match. Once the match is done, a screenshot from all the players to be taken, given to an admin, results confirmed and then posted ready for the next round to be sorted.
