Just started all this, done a few runs ~EGSU - EGSH and back. a set of "green" passengers (think its about 6) that want a journey to one, and the same amount wanting the journey back. $700 per passenger each way. 50nm. Made $1800 a run using 3 passengers in a PA28.

Excellent :) how are you finding the FSE interface? It can be a bit daunting at first, let us know if you need any help. Also if you let me know your FSE username I can invite you to the group if you wish, we currently have 3 hubs (FBO's) in France where you can take our passengers  to their destinations and make a nice profit

What kind of distance/profit ratio are we talking?
Ive settled in to the FSE interface quite well. reading thru the guide helped quite a bit. Would be nice to get a plane to own rather than rent per flight, but that will take a while. though i got 6k cash in 1 hour this evening :D

Username is Robt100
As im using FS9, can i still join you FSX guys on multiplayer??

I would definitely encourage leasing an aircraft, I'm paying 25k per month for a B200 which depending on how much you fly, you will spend more than that a month renting planes if not more than double that.

If you have a leased aircraft you can easily make 5k - 7k for any one flight, even if it's less than 100nm hop.  You can check the FSE forums for anyone willing to lease or you can do what I did and post on there stating your looking for a lease on a specific model of aircraft and you will definitely get a response.

Yes you can join us on our FSHost server with FS9 :)

Edit: invite sent :)

That is just about a months lease on a small plane. But I would suggest you check your hangar and pick a plane with 6 seats or more that you love to fly. Go on the FSE forums to try to get a lease on that aircraft.

At LFSW is my leased Caravan. The group can use that for free. I also have a TBM 850 down there that the group can use. Just click on Aircrafts, Dead Men Walking and they will show up. See where they are located and go there end rent them (for free).

I thoroughly recommend the Pilatus PC12.  I have a leased one that is available to the group.  It has 10 seats and a single engine so is good on fuel/repairs but it can fly at 30k, has a range of 1500 (it can do more if you are frugal) Nautical miles and will manage between 230-270kts in normal cruise.  One can be leased for about 25k per month!

Carenado has a brilliant payware model for this plane.

I managed to do a run from LFHY to LFCM via LFCU today. All seats (7) taken on my Navajo on all four trips.
This gave me 18000 after fees and everything. I think we can expect the same payout going the other way.
This in little over 2 hour of flight time. I did IFR so it could maybe have been shorter if I took a direct route.

We have a gold mine here... Go fly!
