BBQ Board Meeting 27/06/15

Hi folks

Some notes from our well-lubricated meeting at the BBQ this weekend.

• GL to change from Oldie to Smilo.   Oldie to remain GA.  
• Intention is for GL & GAs to operate as a board with the GL as figurehead leader, with collective responsibility and decision making.  
• Obsydian appointed to the SC management team - welcome & thank you for accepting!
• Smilo (as forum admin) to badge up the GL/Board/GAs and announce both above.
• TL to contact STAR and affirm our interest and start process for membership.
• Flight School night to be kicked off, initially for admin team to ensure we know what we're doing, then to offer out to members.   Friday night was chosen, first flight on Friday 3rd July.  Please confirm your attendance.
  
• Flight School slots will be limited in number each week, with the intention of graduates being able to then assist in running other Flight School nights on our behalf to train others.

I think that this just about summarises where we are!  Shout if I forgot anything.
