I think I'd have a conversation with the LAN Admins to see if it clashes with their competition schedule or any other planned meet or event.   For example I know we have already discussed the possibility of an SC release generating some interest for a meet at that point.   I'm absolutely not saying no, just that your question should be directed via PM to Ninja & Toby in the first instance as there are more considerations than at first you may realise!

I am planning to come to the October LAN, even if only for a day, to be social and meet up.

Because of my mother's serious illness in April, I lost out on the spring LAN, so I am determined to make it, despite obstacles (wife's birthday on 17th)!

Any Elite-related activity would be great.

Well, meets are done in the pub, so even if there's other meets at that time it shouldn't be an issue.  People can just switch from a booth to another.

Heck, we could even do the meet during-after steak night.
