I had a look on my account for you sneaky, it only included downloads for the PC + Mac

So no Xbone stuff for you.

And yes i have the lifetime pass.

As you have to deal with everyone who does not have it...

I'll see your question and raise you this one:

If I already have the ELITE: DANGEROUS - EXPANSION PASS do I need the Lifetime Pass or is it just the same priced higher?  And do I get a Cobra IV with the former or only if the latter is bought?

If you have the expansion pass from either buying it as an upgrade or by purchasing the Alpha or Premium Beta in the Kickstarter, you already have a lifetime pass and will get Beta access and all expansions for the lifetime of the game (ten years).

To qualify for access to own a Cobra Mk IV in-game (which would be purchased from an in-game shipyard with in-game credit) you need only have owned core Elite: Dangerous and purchase Horizons, which anyone above would most certainly have done by virtue of the lifetime expansion pass.

Players who only bought the core game after release or were in the standard beta (like me)would not qualify. They can buy Horizons with 25% off (-£10) until it is released in December. Anyone without Elite, that wants to jump in and pre-order Horizons would have to pay £40. Although it includes the core game, they would not be able to play it until Horizons is released in December.

My point of view is I paid £45 for Elite and have had probably close to 1,000 hours from that in the first year and each year's expansions promise at least the same amount of content, so ten years of gaming for £120 is a no-brainer decision for me.

While I am at EGX, I will quiz Frontier on as many aspects of Horizons, long term expansion plans, APIs, social interaction between players, availability of content on XBOX, etc. and let everyone know their responses.

Sneaky, you were a premium beta backer no? If so you already have the lifetime pass!!!!! Don't buy it twice :)

They've not said anything about porting a key to a console, mainly because there is no console version of the game worth mentioning quite yet but my experience is they will allow you to mover your account but maybe not let is persist over 2 formats. Remember, the PC version is always going to be months ahead of the xbone version and the development rollout velocity will be slower on the console, as well as the quality. In other words, why would you?
Cheers, Bert
