Every lan some things have to change hands, either temporarily or by finding a new owner.

For me, it's the usual. I need to borrow a rig that'll take a standard ssd drive. Doesn't have to be fancy, it just has to run the lan games. For this, you'll get the benefit of my winning personality and a decent joke, alternatively I'll ply the rig owner with liquor or some other form of trade. Goods only though, no "personal favours" :)

Since last year i have bought two new systems for Cheese Puff and Blob so i didn't have to keep moving their systems back and forth between here and their mum's house.  And as i won't have them that weekend i can bring their systems along.  They're not brilliant but will run all the games you see them playing.  However, monitors are very old 17" so if someone has something better....

That'll do me fine, and I can probably source some other monitors somewhere.

I'm assuming you don't want me to pay then youngsters in booze, so negotiate a suitable bribe with them :D

As i stated in the other thread, if a dane were driving to the lan, i got a old (actually new, never unpacked) HP1940T monitor which you can have for future lans. (no idea if the thing works tho)
