Me and a few mates used to be in a band together a good 12 years ago, we did some covers, some of our own stuff and were quite successful in and around Grimsby and Cleethorpes and surrounding areas.

After we all got married/had kids we split, and a more sensible life followed, our singer moved to Ibiza and our drummer now works at Tesco in Scotland somewhere.

Anyway, the 2 guitarists, me and my mate recently decided to record some stuff after he bought a cheap 8 track of a dodgy guy on the docks (Grimsby Docks that is...the most dodgy of dodgy)

We decided to open a YouTube channel and post them on there, so here they are. Please bare in mind these are only demos and the vocals are awful as we hope to have a new singer soon  and all of them are our own songs.  If you like dance music you wont like these, but if you like and appreciate the sound of a guitar im sure you will :)

This one is extremely slow and a bit weird to play as it was an emotional time for my mate, but the acoustics sound great

This is one of my favorites but the recording didn't come out too well, not sure why :(

Sound good, my era :) the quality is nice for a dodgy 8 track lol.

What was your part in this creation?

Cheers, I played all the bass guitar and some of the guitar, my mate laid down the drums and then we added a few things whilst mixing down like piano etc. None of the vocals are me though haha I can't sing to save my life

We have been doing it mainly for fun and to get some use out of out equipment that's just been laying around collecting dust. We hope to have a few more things recorded some time in the next few months

I always super admire anyone who writes their own music, be it dance, rock, classical, anything. Takes balls also to share it. Nothing but good sounds in these though, cheers.

ditto, thanks for sharing Sparko, if you ever do play live again let me know and I'll come and support. Just had my Hernia fixed on your fair town :)

Cheers Guys :)

I wont take credit for the song writing though, that was all my mate, he seems to have  knack for writing some decent stuff and we just wrap the music around it.  Its great fun though, when we have some more stuff i'll get it posted.

Probably wont be playing any gigs anywhere though Jamoe, been there done that....but if we happen to on the off chance i'll let you know.
