Gents have posted up a test post need some feedback or shall I go just is.

We can add more info but any check for stupid stuff would be great.

It was live when I saw it, so we're fine!   Anyway, I made one change to the post.  

'Swim Meat' was just too risky, so I edited the post to the normal spelling.
