I'll have a look at both. It's not the backing up that I'm struggling with - my two 1TB dropbox accounts more than handle that (with the 1TB OneDrive as backup backup or work stuff) but more the real time sync'ing of work.

Well it's close but not quite right.

I'm looking for a solution which can do all of the following:

1) sync/backup any folder without having to move it into a specific folder (i.e. not have to move folders to a single folder belonging to the cloud provider)
2) specify some folders sync between computers and backup to cloud, and some sync between computers without cloud backup
3) real-time sync between computers/backup to cloud (e.g. every time my word docx autosaves)

Cubby was perfect for that but it's now closing which is a shame.

Still liking Google Drive with Offline for all that I have to say. Especailly the document editing, but of course it isn't M$ format.

And another +1 but as mentioned it's not Microsoft safe...... but is getting there. You might have to bite the bullet and find several services which combine to do what you want?

Yep you can share folders with non Google users but collaboration is an issue. I have an Apps account so the business use isn't a problem.. It certainly isn't a solution to Penfolds issues, but might be part of a set of apps that would work. Combine GDrive/Dropbox etc with Lima but that still requires files to be shared on a user by user basis :-(

I know, my bin blew over so I went straight to the supermarket and bought 100 tins of beans and loads of bottled water and blankets! We're doomed.
