Interesting retrospective on Brexit

I assumed this would be a liberal whinge about leaving Europe and what bad idea the lecturer thought it was. And the first few minutes did seem to suggest that was what I was watching.
Actually it's a very balanced and well explained summary of what happened - good and bad. It nice to get a bit of perspective.

Anand Menon is Professor of European Politics and Foreign Affairs at King's College London in the United Kingdom and was appointed in January 2014 as director of the UK in a Changing Europe initiative. He was a special adviser to the House of Lords EU committee.
