Wrist rest recommendations?

My old gel filled wrist rests have recently died. They split and oozed everywhere requiring isopropyl to remove it. So now I need to get some new ones.
Does anybody have an experience with the memory foam ones, are they any good and does anyone have any recommendations?
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

I'm not sure if this is the exact model but I have something almost the same as this.

It worked well for me. A little firmer than gel and has a material finish rather than plastic. For seven quid I thought it was worth a punt and did the job.
