In Community League/Tournament

I was thinking that now when the 12k starts to come to an end we could consider creating a league of our own. I think it could be fun if we had a community league or similar. This could be exclusive to bravo+charlie members to promote more fun stuff for bravo members. Teams should be mixed so we don't kill the fun by creating a Delta squad that rapes all teams.

Ideas
Two paralell leagues with 4 teams in each league. Every team only meets once i.e. 3 group matches. Semi finals - Pos 1 meets Pos 2 in opposite league. Winner goes to final and losers to bronze match. Same map in the 3 league matches. Another map for Semi and Finals.

One match per week. Semis and Finals on the same day. 4 weeks total.

Appoint one charlie member per team that will act as SL. The SL should not be any of the current SLs. By doing this I think more charlies will take command in normal TCS as well. Also then all the SLs have access to the current tactic and will need to modify it to avoid being predictable.

HLTV for the matches for all community members.

Separate forums for each teams where they can develop tactics etc. Maybe we can get some good stuff out of it.

If we don't get enough players to fill the teams we can invite Alpha as well.
