Ts have three exits from spawn: left, right and straight on into the building.  The middle route doesn't really give any trouble, so here are the other two:

Left side of building:  Ts cannot advance further than the doorway back into the building that is just before the CT ladder to the ledge.

Right side of building:  Ts cannot advance beyond the road works sign.
