Final Fantasy

For anyone who hasn't seen this CGI only movie, it's on at 6pm tonight on Channel 5. Don't expect it to be any good cause it's not. It's pretty rubbish. But it's worth a few minutes of your time to check out what cutting edge cgi looks like. In fact it's not cutting edge anymore as the film was made from 1997 to 2000 and released in 2001. It also cost $120 million to make. Scarey amount of money, although it did turn a reasonable profit.


Then turn over and watch The Great British UFO Hoax as GFK suggests.

I quite liked it too, the stunning graphics were great. Didnt they spend a large amount of the budget on the main characters hair?

Yep they rendered 60,000 individual hairs. Which is about half the hairs on a real persons head and about twice the hairs whots on mine
