QuoteWhat went good as CT?
The new placement of people seemed to work real well as we were able to give lots of support to briodge and doors from the two in the middle.  Having three at the top site also worked to our advantage as any double doors rush would meet a total of 5 people.  One on the bridge worked well, but it was never rushed so we didn't get to prove that the middle peeps could cover the bridge from the side.
QuoteWhat went good as T?
Bridge rush with 2 columns (one  left, one right) with the front men having guns blazing and the rear men tossing grenades over the heads in front and into the CT bridge room.
QuoteWhat went bad as CT?
Water rush - we were wasted quickly and well by the ghosts.
QuoteWhat went bad as CT?
We didn't pick off the water people as well as we should and this was where we lost most of our people.  Also, ealry on we stuck our heads out too often and got them blown off.   I think this was down to over-confidence as we won the first 2 rounds and then the Ghosts came back and won the next 3  :(  (gj ghosts).
QuoteWhere did you place your guys?
As CT we placed 3 at the top bomb site (the third would drop to water once it was confirmed that a doors rush was not on.
We placed 2 in the middle facing towards the double doors entrance, but far enough back that they could turn to their left to give support to bridge OR drop down in to the water.
We placed a single person on the bridge (lefthand side only, never righthand side to avoid the sniper) knowing that the 2 middle peeps could get there in 3 secs.
QuoteFirst round strategy as T?
Bridge rush - it worked so well we did it again  :D
QuoteFirst round strategy as CT?
Followed the positions set out above and made sure we got some good grenades in to the double doors as a health deterrant.  USPs work well enough for CTs so no money was wasted.

as a spectator heres a couple of things i noticed. Not sure its specific to anyone one team.

CTs, still not splitting evenly to both top and bridge sites. (or was this a weighting tactic hoping to catch a rush head on?)

Assuming there was a bridge rush call, there wasn't an immediate responce by the top site guys. Im guessing that a guy in the water would have helped improve this response time, but there wasn't a guy in the water.

There seems to be a lot of random movement by the middle guy, I recon that it would be better for this guy to either wait until someone calls for assistance, or cover the bottom of the stairs and bridge room area.

hope that helps,
