I think he needs to reinstall then and start with Steam first.

Not 2 many. He has his holiday now so he should be able to sort it himself by reinstalling it all.

My brother is still stuck from time to time due to Rzzhs helper, who had the problem before aswell and how did you solve it?

I did the same m8. Sometimes he just stuck at crouching and can't move faster. The only way to solve it is press jump like 100 times.

Edit: Maybe it's a combination of keys that give him a tough time.
