Is this too good to be true? What am I missing?

I was trying to set up some sort of remote desktop and was originally working with Ultra VNC.

Although excellent on the LAN, I was really struggling to get it to work across the net (issues with portforwarding past routers etc, and dynamic IP's).

Then I came across //www.logmein.com a FREE web-based remote desktop server .... anyone had any experience of it - I have set up it on seveal machines so far and am mightily impressed with it.

Anyone heard anything about this and any protential downsides?
