I dislike their invasive and hard to uninstall software
I dislike their neon glow kiddies approach to GUIs
I dislike their proprietary and non-compatible with open standards approach
I dislike what their nice upgrade discs have done to some of my neighbour's PCs and the time I spent trying to extricate them from the problem
I like the generic name that they acquired some years ago from the internet communtiy in general
I like the fact that they are a big American company getting us to do things their way.  Honest.
I like the fact that I have never been a customer of theirs.
Apart form that they're jolly nice folks and come highly recommended.

^ Agreed.

A few of my m8s were stuck with them for maybe a year, as their parents liked the anti virus and popup blocker. Oh the pains of AOL.

Arseholes Online.... great name
