Right on bitterwine there was an issue with chasing someone up the stairs in middle area. Now if you meet or engage contact with someone on the border of a boundary are you allowed to chase???
I personally think NOT as we have boundaries for a reason the only time you should cross a boundary is if the bomb is planted or dropped.

But if a bomb is dropped can you work your way to the bomb from the far side of a map using a short cut to get to it and guard if so can you engage the enemy on the way....Again i think not. My personal idea is that you should stick within boundaries and make your way to the dropped bomb.

Next if a hostage is Touched can a T go out of boundaries to stop a CT taking out...This i am undecided on as it is different for different maps ei:- Militia the hostages can actually only go out the front door or side gate due to sewers jig so i think you could hide behind big rock and wait fro CT to try and come at you.

What do you think??????[/b]

I agree with this.  I see no problem if you shoot the T and the bomb is dropped in your sight as you quite correctly have the right to cross the boundary in front of you and defend the bomb.

Again, I agree with this, I think.  You never know when the bomb will be picked up again, so you ought to remain defensive until you have sight of the bomb.  At that point you can cross whatever boundaries you like in order to defend it.  I can see the logic in allowing peeps to cut across the map, but it just don't seem right  :?

I think that once the hossies have been moved the T has every right to try to stop the CT getting them back out again.  But that should not mean that T's could let the CTs in to the house to get the hossies on Militia only to then take the offensive when the CTs try to leave the house with the hossies.  Equally, I think the 'role reversal' that goes on should really be relatively close quarters.  I am not sure that going back to the CT spawn to wait for the CT/hossies would be acceptable.  Staying closer to the objectives (hossies) would be a reasonable guide IMO.

The only caveat to all the above is when you are the last man standing.  I kinda think that at this stage you have to cut the last man a bit of slack and allow him a bitmore leway than you would normally allow.

My 2 cents.

I am glad that you agree with me on all of these as i thought i was just being awkward when i was told "I was wrong" last night. ( Wow lot of I's in there)

The one with Hossies i agree with totally as this one was mentioned by the Appleseed today as to grey areas and exploiting them.

People will find a way to push the boundaries and PCS rules to the max but lately it has got a little out of hand i seem to be always pulling people up on it so i just had to ask if i was wrong or not..

Thx Smite........
