If the proposed 4 BIG people are coming can I suggest posting confirmnation that you're coming in this thread once you have booked your room.  By my reckoning this will be the last available places for the LAN making dMw LAN VIII a sell out.

Just to confirm, I assume you have booked your rooms direct with the hotel (if not then please do as we do not book the rooms for you!).  Please post to confirm you have organised your own rooms.

I have added all 4 of you to the attendees list and closed the booking.

I think she said there was one twin room left, so if anyone has yet to book or already has a twin room and wants to split costs then please do let me know. Car hire plus hotel bookings make the weekend a tad more expensive! :unsure:

I don't mind sharing my spot with MonkNightWay if that's possible TL.
Would be cool to see him there again since he's quit busy with his work lately. Glad he can make it.

Unfortunately Oldbloke has had to drop (we knew this was likely in advance) and I'll be sorry not to see him at this LAN, but it has made MonkNightWay's day.  Monk - you got the last place at the LAN as you were the first reserve :D  Go book your hotel room and we'll see you there!

Sorry guys but due to some unforseen circumstances I will not be attending the Lan .....


this is completely out of my control and even some valiant efforts from Jas to persuade me into coming have not been able to justify the extra dosh expenditure ...


gutted!!!
