I'm not saying your doing a bad job and , I think you all do a fantastic job of arranging matches and following things up so that everythings in place as it needs to be, but if there's something your lacking on and may need help with then you SHOULD be asking for help and getting to know things before they become critical.  Maybe that didn't come across in my 'non-constructive' post.  

If indeed you find you do need help with RCON then say so !  Someone else's turn for a 'How to' guide me thinks.
