Budget new build, views ?

Hi there, have posted this on BoD, but thought I'd throw it up here to see if any of you lads have any advice /  views.

Just about to order the guts for my new build, before I order it, anyone get it cheaper than this ?

Or anyone any reccomendations other that whats below for the price, will be ordering it in the morning ?

Can someone bring this to norms attention quick, if it helps I'm ordering 2 of these quite similar spec, and need them a.s.a.p as my video card blew a cap and took out my agp slot when it went.

The only other thing to take into consideration is that they need shipped to N. Ireland and I'll need a VAT reciept as I run a small computer maint. company and can claim the vat back.
