New Members for Raid Group 2

Still trying to grasp the Defenders/Guardians concept, but I guess that will be clear to me sometime in the very near future... I hope...

EZ explanation : Guardian garantees you a raid spot, but you need to attend 2/3 raids.
Defender: YOu have the opurtinity to raid.

Hoping to see fast progress with the second group , as many of that group allready have good gear and exsperience.
Wil be fun tho see how far we get on the first day with two raids .

Well, we're very close to that now, we just need a couple more people (and we have some applicants already) and we'll meet the numbers we need.

Initially we may underestimate the turn out that people will give to RG2, but then MC does not need a totaly full raid at the start.  As we assess how many people turn up then we'll reassess numbers.  what we don't want to do it invite loads of people so that on day 1 we have 20 people left out of the raid.

RG1 works pretty well on 48 people and with the advent of RG2 this will be 46 people as 2 Officers will be running RG2.  Defenders have a much lower attendance record, but we've set up RG2 initially with a target of 40 Defenders, 2 Officers from RG1 and a maximum of 6 Guardians overflowing from RG1.  

This allows RG2 a pool of 48 people to choose from for raids.  The attendance record of Defenders will dictate wether or not in the future we need to reconsider these numbers to reduce or increase the numbers involved.

My 2 cents is that there is enough interest at the moment to do RG2 well.  I also anticipate that RG2 will make pretty darned fast progress through the instance due to the experience of the raiders in RG2.

As I want to thanks all the people that are busy getting this on track!!!! I know this can be a pain in the a** gettings things done....but starting from the beginning brings us to the beginning of 20 / 40 man raiding....

Zyriax, soldier isnt the solution imo, because you can have it and not raid, but if you get the oportunity to raid you'l still be able too
