Pleasure.  Actually, in my memory, Canada has the USA beat for big steaks.

I still remember being there with Tealeaf many years back, and he ordered the steak. This thing, I kid you not, came on TWO PLATES.

The majority of it was on the 18" oval plate that also had the veg squeezed onto it. The next 5" hung over the end on to a round side plate... :)
