SoG Meet (Denmark vs Amsterdam)

I have plans that entire weekend (friday to sunday) so i wont be able to attend there. I can come before and afther tho... i should think ;p

Ok.. Im just too lazy to read everything atm... So 2 questions... Where is it? and how do  we stay there?

Well am guessing (if it has anything to do with umbra)

Im guessing itll go something like this:

Meet -> eat -> drink -> party -> Sleep -> (maybe a few girlies !!!!!!!!)repeat for a day or so then return back

(first week in july isnt usually THAT expensive, as its not 'high season' yet afaik)


I'm up for this. . i think, can't see any reason why not im sure uncle umbra would guide me well  :eyebrow: might even hitch a lift with him if he drives

If Umbra's driving, and a better weekend can be found (6th-8th probably doesn't suit me atm) I'd happily pile over to London and meet up I think.  Would even help with the driving if Umbra was to stick me on his insurance (tho I'd pay of course).

It's gonna happen in Denmark (don't think there has been decided where in Denmarkd, but I think Copenhagen would be a very good guess).

At least for myself, my first though was to try and get some cheap hotel or something.  But that kind of planning hasn't started yet actually

Yea okay...  I'll just keep looking here for the info then... Still im up for it in Denmark... Just been to the states with my parents... So theres no travelling out of this country (Denmark for the slowpokes..   ) atm... Oh and btw... I hope you guys wont mind drinking with a young guy like me..  :blink:

its not a weekend.. its a whole week.. ime gonna be there from 1st/2nd myself.. now if you can be there lets say from Xday to Xday its still good.. i doubt everyone can be there all the days anyways..

another thing, we need some help from the ppl in denmark now.. we either rent a house somewere or a hotel, we need info ask your firends/family or something

wede also like the ppl that voted "Will go" to name themselves pls and maybe what they can afford..? hotel or a rented house?

Just found out im a def to come.. Which i "woohooed" over in a couple of hours.. And the thing about where we're gonna stay... I have some family i can ask... i'll try and figure something out...  :lol:

Id love to house all of you guys but Im afraid my house is too far away from Copenhagen... Actually its far away from everything

There are some few cheap places to overnight in Cph. That shouldnt be a problem.

Gorion, as i've stated in previous posts, we are some people who would like to help arrange the thing, but since we dont quite agree about the form of the event, i would leave it up to you to get a feeling for what the people that can attend, actually are willing to commit themselves to.

No it doesnt have to be in copenhagen, but its the logical place since its the easiest to travel to.

Personally i cant take any vacation at all for this event, but i can spend some part of the weekend and some evenings.

So, if you are taking control of the event, i urge you to get a grip on what people want to do at the event, and the time they are willing to spend.

- I think we should make some competitions to have some fun. I also think we should produce some t-shirts for the people coming there with guild/name information so we can differentiate us from the next person. The people not coming there can still get a t-shirt if they are willing to pay a bit of money for us to produce it.

3-4 is about it for me, but if it really turns out to be the party of a lifetime, I guess it could be extended a bit

Not really important, but in connection to the weekend in either the beginning or the end of the week wouldn't be too bad

And I think I remember some really good Tivolies in Copenhagen (if that's the place we end up)

Well, Copenhagen sounds like a nice place, easy to get to and lots of possible stuff to do

I can afford a hotel for some days (and I guess that's like the easiest way to do it as well), but I don't mind a rented house if anybody could arrange that

Hmmm, I think I've mentioned this before, but you can never mention a good think too many times: BEER :cheers:
And btw, that "t-shirt with in-game/RL/guild name" sounds like a good idea
