Bastet, I resolved and sorted last night with DA.  His original account is now up and running.  The main problem is where people have an email address registered that is no longer functioning.

I need Access on this new account as Rata because my old emailAdress on Ratatosk has been changed so i cant restart it:(

cummon guys im away on business and bored, just managed to find a sneeky way around the network so i dont have to pay the hotel for access. but i still cant access the SoG section!

Rata account deleted, the email you used for Rata is now on the Ratatosk account.  Log in as Ratatosk and you'll be fine.
