Deadly, is it smaller at all?  It seems just as huge.  Try cutting the pixel height by about half, that would be acceptable.

I actually didn't notice any change the first time either.  Reason was probably that the image file still resided in the browser's cache

I'm too lazy to make a sig, probably because if I did make one, I would do it from scratch, i.e. drawing the character myself. I started this (made me miss invites for BWL, oops) and after several attempts I have a small problem with my beard
