We might face a hard time. It's your job as Marshalls to go talk to the members and find out what's going on and how they are feeling.

At the end of the day it might be a good thing - if Italian players do not feel integrated into SOG then it will hurt your raid progress as they will not perform as part of the team as well as someone who feels properly integrated.

Yes, please do everything you can to assess the situation and keep current members, but if we do lose a few members to an 'Italian' server then please treat this as an opportunity to better integrate the people we have here. Most nationalities have integrated remarkably well here in SOG and I'd like to see us stay as inclusive as we possibly can. The better the team/family feeling then the better you'll raid!

Oman and Timp removed from Defender list. Timp is actually not even in the Guild list.

Just a quick one - do you *really* want to advertise the fact you are 4 priests short? Maybe put '2' instead? I've assumed this is what you want and done it, tell me to change it to 4 if you really want that.

That's what the public section currently says and it is clear it needs updating to take account of the recent arrivals. Have a think about it and post what you think is the updated list please and then we can update it for you, that's what this thread is for after all!

You might also want to consider before deciding on the open slots whether you will be holding 7 or 8 members per class.

And that's it. The subject about 7 or 8 pr. class need a bit more debat, but ask me, and it's 7 pr class still.
