Neffles i can understand him in a way, there are some people in RG1 who i think feel the same way as him, pax seems to wantto be a more dedicated raider than the rest of RG2, or the majority.  

Dont criticise his decision to goto Righteous for more focused raiding.

However feel free to flame him for getting fully kitted up by guild bank etc with FR gear, all the other gear then leaving

and for getting to say that "he liked the no whining after 15 whipes and then we defeated Naxx jr." - He was a RG2 raider in a raidgrp with a desent pace trough the instances, and now he is in wherever-he-is. I think it has more to do with the gear and guildbank support that made him attractive then actual experience etc?
 
Think of all the things you were to the other guildies and especially the ppl in RG2, you were more than a spotfiller in the raid. Now you are just a spotfiller in the raid.

Good point Addy, I'll give you an extra minute for that one :happy:

But my point was: you shouldn't have the need for many long periods of AFK during a raid.  When I prepare for a raid, it's not only repairing my gear and buy all the reagents I need - I also fill up a bottle of water, get some snacks if I need that, and I also take a bio before the raid.  That way I can sit by the computer from 19:00 and the next 5 hours.  The raid shouldn't at least have to wait on me, is my philosophy.

And why is moving to RG1 to fill up a free spot seen as being a lootwhore? Maybe people do it for the same reasons you are joining Righteous RG3? <_<

...at yesterday's BWL with our RG2, there were people leaving the raid after only 2 wipes.

Some of us do have to get up early for work; marshalls know about this and know why ppl have to leave the raid before time. And since the marshalls allow it - take the problem up with them.
And it has absolutely nothing to do with a wipe or two, or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6...
 

RG2 needs u since u are MT1.

I'm not personally 100% happy with the reason, but that is your choice and if you wish to stretch your character to the limit then good luck and I wish you well.

Concerning RG2, it's time to start kicking afk'ers or stop them coming to MC nights. Either that or subtract dkp for every minute they go on unsanctioned afk. But it is annoying to be playing with peeps who seem to think that it is ok to wonder off for 20mins with a raid group waiting for them, the lack of dedication is furthermore pitiful.

Anyways I won't be raiding tonight or tomorrow as I'll be getting drunk at the British Beer Festival :flirty:

Im sorry to hear that you are leaving pax, in the end its your decission and i hope you find what ever you are looking for in Righteous. But understand if you leave it is final and you will be replaced.
