Being a Marshall is not always easy.  Attendance is one of the biggest problems, you all need to learn to deal with it and work towards getting better attendance from the raid group.  Every raid group, every set of leaders has to deal with this problem - the trick is to deal with it and move forward and not get stuck in the mud.

Constructive discussion is the key, things rarely get sorted out (and usually get worse) where someone loses it.

RG2 hasnt got an attendance problem!!

Well I don't think this is correct, I do think we have a attendance problem.
In the list there is a guy who as 0% attendance(and yea yea he did have a deal with us but have now being able to join the last 4 raids but hasn't).
 
We have just made a rule we don't want to follow, so why make rules?

In which case may I insist that you *ALL* divert your abundant energy towards the 4 applications for Defender rank, some of which have been awaiting a decision for over a week in a class where you have an agreed need.

Accept or Decline please, that will go some way towards solving any perceived or real attendance problem.

Please submit your decisions on the outstanding applications no later than 21:00 server tiem tonight so that we may invite any successfull applicatns and decline the rest.
