the rules are those, and others Defenders follow this, if you got kiked you are the first of the queue, and you can wait to come in the raid.
 
i'm sorry to see your leaving, you are a good warlock, but every guild has his rules and those rules are there to help all the raid.

Seriously - ur behaviour is very childish, and LIFO rule goes for all - And when you got last in and got kicked out of raid because of balance you should accept this. Like other have stated imo your better of solo when you can maximise ur dps without comprising a vipe to a raid. Imo you speak/command/complain too much and focus too little on your own job.

Spi too bad u left, u r a great friend for me and i like a lot spamming lock channel with you but i also know all your feeling, being kicked off from a raid group is very ****ing off but u know, rules are made to let us have a balanced raid and to allow every ppl to raid, what about if another member of a class can't be invited cuz there r too many of the classes invited before in the raids ? bit unfair imo, u are not the 1st neither the last for this kind of issue.

And you forgot what is SoG build around ... FRIENDSHIP ... not DPS or anything else.

If I dont remember wrong after the marshals stated in the raid chat the rule LIFO. You had to say "watch for who you are kicking". And yeah was then you that had to leave the raid for the bennefit of the raid.

And then less then 5 sec after you had made a /gquit :blink:

But ofc I will not control you. But maybe you shoud consider you actions before you do them. What goes for the dmg you said. Why do you think so much about your dmg in the raid ?

I agree you need to help out on dmg and do what you can. But there is still a aggro line you have to follow.

But anyways have fun out there and try yo find a guild that will suit you better then.

If you had that much problems why dident you talk to the commanders / marshall's and work something out.

I agree with TL that raiding is something you do as a team, and by only thinking of that you have to be there every time, thats just lmao. "Everyone has to try out and raid and be a part of the team and feel that they are needed, istead they could just say 5 of each class in each raid and you are the ones that get an invite, rest you can run around a flash our guild tag??" You got tho think outside a square box and maby, just maby you could see that in some case it isent just that DPS that is needed but the tactics and obeying them.

If you realy think you was or want to be  a part of the team take a talk with a marshall what did bother you that much and i am sure that things can be worked out. No need to make these rash desicions.

You finally got an excuse to leave I guess. But not being let above the rules isn't really a good excuse. Everyone has to sit out the occational raid, even officers. And you cannot decide who stays on gear in a group where everyone is supposed to be treadted equal, right?! Even if you were the best geared person, it wouldn't be fair to let you stay on that basis.

i think its a darn shame to lose a good geared lock, but the fact that your leaving post has the ammount of dmg you do in a raid in it says all i need to know. Also didnt you do like 50% of the dmg according to brags?
