RG2 Please Read

Not sure another raid day will be possible for RG2. The attendance is already at a minimum for many. IMO we will see some people leaving because they dont want to raid 3 days a week or simply because they cant.
 
On the other hand I totally agree that if RG2 is to catch up with RG1 it needs another raid day. As I see it RG2 has changed since we started doing BWL. The things said about RG2 when it was formed was that it was a fun and less serious RG for people who wished to raid but not on a hardcore basis.
 
Have Marshalls considered what to do with those who cannot fit an extra raid day in their calendar? As DK says if you cannot raid an extra day you would need 100% attendance on Monday and Thursday to meet the attendance requirement.

We do not need to catch up with RG1. But people are ambitious and we need to make progress to catch up with this ambition and atm we do think 1 night in BWL is to little to forfill that.

Yes we have, that's why we are voteing for it atm.

So far noone in RG2 is demoted becuase they have a low attendance(and you know that!)

I'm sure the Marshalls will consider *all* responses when the poll closes.  They'll probably nto want to start debating all opinions and options contained within this thread though until they've had a chance to review it all and consider it themselves privately first, so give them a chance eh folks!

The normal requirenment still stands - but this optional day is not considered a real raidnight. My guess is that a lot of people would still be there - but it is up to the individual. That night could be used to go that extra mile....
 
I for one would be there - but like i said earlier, not until 19:30-20'ish after taking care of "los familios".

This is some of the things we need and why we did make this thread. A new idea - a thought - a support who maybe helps us with taking the right decision in the end.
 
Please post more of this and ofc if you mean it's a problem with another raid for you and we will take this in consideration if we can't find a solution on you problem(if it's something with WoW to do, financial and ect. problems we can't help you with:narnar: )

The only problem with making it an optional night, is that we probably wont get enough people then. But by all means, it never hurts to give it a go. :smile:

I think its a great idee to start a 3th day for raiding for rg2. If it whasnt posted on the forum, i would asked for it myself. I hope though that we dont "waist" it on MC and OL runs. That would be a big waist. I prefered if we spent more time in BWL so we can defelupe our raiding there. And get some fast and good progress in there.

I assure you all that we, the Marshalls, are working on plans to improve our progress in BWL. We simply need more time in BWL as it is atm. And we know this.

Well, doing MC more than once per week isn't possible, so it would have to be BWL. After all, we clear MC in one night now and mostly with the time to do OL as well. This will also go faster the better we get at it.

I too think its a great idea to do an extra raiding day, and have hoped for it a time now. An extra day will prob get our tacs in bwl better;-).
 
Btw the core team we now got is good and Im shure the marshals dont "cut off hands" of those who cant manage an other raiding day if that will be the result here.
 
Btw "cry" if the extra day are on saturdays, that is a no go day for me. My wife will kill me if I played that day. I have a similar deal as donniekingo at home so its all about gettin the right arrangements to get permission from the chief at home :-)
